We report a single-subject observation of Chris Burns, adult male, whose scrotal envelope is substantially oversized relative to contents. Testicular volume is within ordinary adult range. The bag is not. This produces a visual and gravitational mismatch that family members have described, for more than a decade, as “a lot of house for two average tenants.” No treatment is indicated. The only evidence-based intervention is a donation to Ella’s Middle School Athletics Fundraiser.
1. Presentation
Subject presents with a giant ball sack. Balls: normal. This is the entire chart. Imaging was not performed because nobody needed imaging. Inspection by the research team’s unofficial sibling panel was considered sufficient and, frankly, already too much.
Differential diagnosis included “just how he’s built,” “optical illusion from the shorts,” and “stop talking.” The first is correct.
Fig. 1. Grocery analogue. Two tenants. Ridiculous lease. The hole is not a surgical recommendation.
2. Findings
| Structure | Finding | Clinical note |
|---|---|---|
| Left testis | Normal | Doing a standard job |
| Right testis | Normal | Also a standard job |
| Scrotum | Disproportionately large | Unpaid overtime in fabric form |
| Ratio (housing:occupants) | Aggressive | Could sublet |
| Historical use | Batwing, documented | Largest wing in the available sample |
Fig. 2. Weekender. Contents: two walnuts. Same energy as the chart.
3. Batwing
Before the Institute existed, the subject deployed the architecture socially. “Batwing” here means the scrotum thrown over another man’s shoulder or head like a warm scarf nobody ordered. Multiple witnesses. Nobody asked for a second demonstration. Chris’s wing was, by consensus of the ruined, the biggest by a wide margin. Matt Burns cannot batwing. There is nothing to throw. This is recorded only so the two papers do not contradict each other.
The Institute does not recommend recreating the maneuver. The Institute notes that a man with this much spare fabric was always going to find a use for it.
Fig. 3. Big top. Two stools. This is also what batwing looks like if you are the other stool.
4. Related files (do not cross-contaminate)
The Center has other open charts. They are not this chart.
| File | Subject | Why Chris is not in it |
|---|---|---|
| Miguez protocol | Bryan Miguez | Orientation plasticity. Chris was not enrolled. The sack is not a Kinsey score. |
| Scale / pressure paper | Matt Burns | Matt has a normal sack and normal balls and a separate problem. He named Chris in that paper as the control for “unlike.” |
| Remote closing annex | Bear Hinson | Headset hygiene. Different room. Do not combine fluids in the methods section. |
| Palmetto scrum reverie | Bobby Kaspar | Kaspar thinks about piles in the woods. Chris is the extra canvas in the pile. |
| Investigator file | Will Burns | No balls on paper since TRT. Unofficial record says he lost them twenty years ago when he started dating Stephanie. Not enrolled. He is the one writing the charts. |
Matt’s line stands: normal-size balls in a normal-size sack, unlike Chris Burns. We accept the citation. The investigator, Will Burns, is noted only so the sample is complete: no balls since TRT, and none in practice since he started dating Stephanie about twenty years ago. He does not batwing. There is nothing to throw.
5. What we are not recommending
We are not recommending surgery, “just wear compression,” or a return to batwing as cardio. We are not adding him to the Miguez protocol or the Matt Burns scale protocol. Those papers are full. This paper is about luggage that learned a trick.
6. Recommendation
Chris Burns should be left alone below the waist in public and supported above it by people donating to Ella’s Middle School Athletics Fundraiser. If relatives want the batwing stories to stop circulating, the portal is the same as everyone else’s.
